Yahoo is going haywire..

Hiya peeps. We have yahoo as our main page on our computer here and I cant even read the yahoo news they keep up with there feeds.  There looks like some pretty interesting stories but cant get into them. It keeps saying sending request but the request never comes through.

I know I have been away for a long time and making some of you wonder if I have given up on blogging like many others have. No I am still here. Just been busy with life. And taking care of MY HOUSE...!!! I know its my fault for having peeps live here but I get no help what so ever except for the girls.  Sure someone is always here for them.  I am happy for that at least.

School quarter ends this week. I took my Saturday final for my Saturday final today and I got a C on it from what I understood. I am nervous about the Trig final on Monday. I have bounced up and down with that class so much this quarter and I failed almost all of my quizzes. I am at a steady C right now but afraid to see what is going to happen with the final grade on Monday.  And Tuesday I have my final in Clientle 2 or should I say Server 2008.

Then I go into Linux, comp on on line, and intro programming. Java speak basically.  We learn java. I wish I could have found my camera today. Kora was out mowing the front lawn for me. I thought I killed the mower. I was ready for a break and knew I needed to get more gas for it so Bri and I walked over the gas station and got some. Came home and put some more oil in its compartment and the gas and then the dang thing wouldnt let me pull the string.  So off I go to get Jeff and we tried for half an hour. Then he comes back in the house. He comes back outside five minutes later and says  he forgot to prime it. Well he does that and it starts right back up with a whole bunch of smoke.  Well we let the smoke die down and i did the little bit of the front of the yard to see if it would stay running at least.  It did but I thought I killed our mower today some how.

Life is good here otherwise. Jeff is still working at Pomps Tire but wants out.  He only has two classes this coming quarter. They are screwing him over royally.  His grad date got pushed back to December instead of Sept when they promised us they would graduate us.  We are suppose to have three classes each quarter. That is what we were told. Now they are screwing with him. He needs physics this quarter and not one of the ITT tech schools are doing it not even online.

I got my hair cut today and I splurged on myself. I got some hair care stuff. When my hair starts growing out and getting longer it grows to a certain point and then it starts getting fuzzy. Well I got some curl stuff for my hair. I got 30% off anything in the store today at Master Cuts and I bought this stuff. Just hope it works. You dont need a lot of it from what I am understanding.

History has been made. Neil Armstrong died today. I was trying to read that on yahoo news. but had to look  it up on google instead.  Oh talking about google. We found out in class last Saturday that they are trying to come out with this new product where you pay so much for 7 years and you get free internet. Or you pay so much for six months and get free internet and phone or something like that. Its from google.  I also got see what those new rasberry pies look like too in class today. If you dont know what they are they are awsome. They are a mini computer you can hook up to any thing with a USB port I believe. Like your TV or computer or just a monitor.  its cool.

Ok I am rambling and I am sorry. but its been at least a month since I have written anything at all. Lots to talk about. The girls went and stayed with his mom for two weeks.

Bri calls me and says mommy I want to come home.
me: can you wait till Saturday.
Bri: I guess but I still want to come home.
me: Grandma is going to bring you home Saturday ok?
Bri: ok. miss you mommy.

Its been the first time they were away for two weeks and she hasnt let me out of her site unless she absolutely has to like when I work. I have been working steadily for the last month now but you just never know with temp services and jobs when they are going to get caught up and then let us go. but I am working on getting a second job only 10 hours a week approximately.  its minimum wage but its better than nothing and when they do start letting peeps go from the temp place we have that little bit of income coming in and then i think I can still file for unemployment or partial at least.

Ok I am off to go finish making dinner. Talk to you all soon. Miss you all. Wish I had more time to visit you all like I used to.  Some of you have left me for FB but those of you still here are great to hear from time to time.

I have been missing in action again lately. I havent been doing much besides struggle with school this quarter. I have thought about quitting and then deciding that its not worth quitting.  Its hard for me right now. I am still not working steadily and we are still about to lose our house.  I need a job soon or we are sure to be screwed in more than one way.  I hate being this broke.

I have started making a new craft and could use the money. I have loads of colors around the house but if you need or want another color just holler.The tissue covers go for 15 dollars plus 3 dollars for shipping and the three washable placemats for 20 dollars plus 5.00 for shipping.

These tissue covers arent for sale. They belong t o Jeffs mom and partner but just showing  you all what I have gotten myself into of late. if you want one let me know.

Its been A while.... Acck

I have been horrible this month with blogging.  We had bri's 8th b-day and out 16th anniversary. I am still looking for work. We are almost out of time so we just might have to give up the house. I dont want too. but you just never know. We are a thousand dollars short a month.  I need a job badly.  Just not sure what we are going to do.  I looked up apts yesterday and if we move we are still screwed because we are still 300 dollars short a month.  It sucks dick really.

We are in our third quarter of college. I got stuck with Trig this quarter. Its killing me already and its only our second week.  I just keep telling my self only a few more weeks and you dont have to worry about it anymore.  Just keep plugging along.  I should be studying my opposite over hyptonuese.  or what ever you spell it..

Anyway I was hoping to have some good news for you all. Jeff took vacation during our break between classes.  We went to the Milwaukee Zoo and then to a place called Heritage Hill here in Green Bay. I will try to get both posts up in the next few days. i can put Zoo pix here. The Heritage Hill post will have to wait. Its a post in itself.  Its an amazing place.

We took Jeff and Doug out to what is called Wequiack Falls for Fathers day and had a picnic.  We had hamburgers, brat burgers, a macaroni salad with mayo, cheese chunks, and ham and oh yes dont forget the frozen peas. it was good.  I didnt get any photos of us at Wequiak Falls this time around.  But there is always next time.  it was a beautiful day and glad we got out. We got out three times while jeff was on vacation and it was wonderful.  I will have to put up another post on the Zoo there are just that many pix.  This was the beginning of our day.

I feel old..

HI there peeps. I feel old lately. There are kids I baby sat graduating from High School this year. The 2012 there were graduating.  Yikes.. Then in my own house hold we had a b-day this month.  Brianna turned 8 years.  old on June 2nd.  Jeff and I celebrated 16  years on that day also.  Yikes.. Bri asked for  a carebear cake for her b-day. We couldnt afford to buy her one specially made so we made a home made one. Here are the pics. Briancas BF said we needed both cakes but didnt.  So we told Bri she was getting a cake with care bear bellies instead.  lol.  It was funny. but the only thing she could say when she saw the home made bear was WOW... Then on Sunday we went for a hike and these are the photo's I took. Not many this trip.But have more pix for another post on the sanctuary later on in the week.

Our memorial Day Weekend.

Hi everyone..We had an ok Memorial Day Weekend.  It started off hot and humid.. Icky but hey its almost June what do you expect. I have some awsome pix of the girls and some more pix of Brianca.  

Here are the fireworks pix that we took Sunday night.  They have the celebrate Depere we usually go to every year but this year we spent it outside with the family and Brianca and Doc.  The last photo on the top half here is Jeff,  in the black shorts, kora , Brianna Brianca and Doc standing in the white shirt. The video for the fireworks is only 11 seconds long. I had to many pix on my memory card to take more than that. So when I came home the other night I deleted the ones that I didnt want on it anymore and kept a few to make copies for others when I get some more money. That is the story of my life right now.

Anyway I hope everyone had a great weekend and spent it with people they love and enjoy being with.

My Mother's Day and other stuff...

My day started out thinking I wasnt going to get anything this year for mothers day. I hinted all day long to be honest. I wanted something nice but with me not working yet its hard.  Well in the mean time Brianca went to work and Jeff and Doc (brianca's boyfriend) were talking in codes.. LOL.  I knew something was up at that point..  


Well OK they gagged and bound me till they got me down stairs and then let me loose... HEHE  Not really but its a good joke to say.  They took me down stairs since Tyler isnt here anymore and we have our family room together again. I did homework and got most of my study guide done for Saturdays class.  


So I spent a few hours down stairs and Brianca came home from work and they made me dinner and then I got a home made card from each of the girls.  Brianna  made me a necklace  but we have to find something to put on it and Kora just made me a card and Brianca gave me a store bought card with some chocolates I had been hinting for, almost a month since seeing them. 


Then we sat and watched most of The Jazz Singer (Neil Diamond) and ate dinner and spent time as a family. then Jeff and I had math to do. Icky I can say that word again. Just Icky was this particular assignment. Jeff and I screwed it up pretty bad. We found out how bad we screwed it up last night when got to class and started going over it.  I have a C+ in math right now but after that assignment and quiz last night I am not so sure I have a passing grade anymore.  I am nervous about the final.  


I am studying little bits on Mondays class. He has given us hints on where to study through out the quarter to get the final down for that one and on Saturdays class he gave us a Study Guide. I am going to miss my Mondays and Saturdays teacher next quarter. I also found out that I will have math next quarter.  Just dont know what day yet.  


I cant wait to see what I have for classes next quarter. I am excited about learning yet even though I failed  one assignment and one quiz well ok two quizzes this quarter but if I pass this weeks assignment and quiz I will be ok and then the final the week after that I will do ok.  We were working on math problem where you have something like 2x+3y=10 and x+3y=4 and then either had to substitute or get elimination or graphing them.  These were so much easier than last weeks problems.  Or they seem to be..  


But learning about windows and severs is fun also.  I had to have a couple of the guys give me some information on how to get my server to talk to my window application on Monday last night.  We were having a horrible time getting them to talk to each other. 


Jeff is doing well also in school.  He struggled last week with his electronics class but he is doing well otherwise. 


The girls are just finishing up on there home work books for home schooling and then they will just get to start there summer time.  They are working on some stuff that his mom gave them a couple of years ago for x-mas.  They are painting away today.


They made sun catchers to put in grandmas mother day cards.  I sent them out on Monday. I was late but late is better than never.  I am never on time when it comes down to sending out cards.  


OK OK peeps i have run out of things to say. I know I used to have super long posts but lately there are only a handful of you that still read this blog and comment and its hard to keep going sometimes. My demeanor of finding new friends has went down hill to be honest with you.  I love having friends but I like the ones I have.  


I will try and get to everyone sometime over the next few days. Talk soon OK.. Miss you all..

Happy Moms Day on Sunday

Happy Mothers Day to all my mom Friends out there. Even the Step moms out there..  Hope you are spoiled rotten by your loved ones.  I don't know if I will be or not but hopefully some what.  I will have some new photo's up for you this weekend hopefully. the girls got  a suncatcher from a friend of our and they will be working on them later today to get them done by tomorrow.  I bought one today to see how well the paint will stick and its really light.  So hoping the girls will listen when it comes time to do them.

We got the pastel colors because mom here didnt like the darker colors. but i think we should have gotten the darker ones. But you live and learn.

Oh yes update on roommate status.. One room mate has moved out. Well he kind of got kicked out and then told he had two weeks to find a place but came back the other night and picked up his stuff and left.  It was Tyler.  He wasnt taking care of the room and he wasnt giving us rent so Jeff said he had two weeks and out the door he went and came back about five hours later and got his shit and left. I feel bad but he was a slob and it was making my whole house stink. He was staying down stairs but still you could smell it up here.

Jeff and I helped him out loads and by helping us he got the room all stinky and then he was stealing from us also.  He was taking my change out of my change jug. I know you think that isnt alot of money but five dollars here and five dollars there is alot of money.  Its ten dollars we could have had to ourselves if we wanted to go out and do something together.   I wasnt able to keep my soda in the fridge. he would drink it all before i got a chance to drink any of it so I was either drinking warm soda or having to use ice cubes all the time.

Anyway that is what is going on here. Oh yes one more thing. Jeff and I are in the National Honor Society at school and the person running the show right now until we get a president and vice president and such liked my craft fair idea.  Its to help the school get things we need for the new students. Like I got a 200 dollar portable hard drive this quarter to put all my things for networking on there. Like my windows 7, my server 2008 and then next quarter there will be more stuff we add to them. then when we are done with school I will erase all of that and clean out our computer and put my photo's on there as a back up just incase the  puter goes down on me.

Life is so hectic right now.  I want to cry sometimes.  But I am ok otherwise. I need to get going. I will try and post photo's of those sun catchers tomorrow or Sunday. Again HAPPY MOTHERS DAY MY FRIENDS.
